Returns

We hope you love your Mamatu order. However, if you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

1. Register your return

To let us know that you wish to withdraw from the contract, please fill in our online return form.

Fill in the return form

After submitting the form, you will receive confirmation of your return request, including the date of your withdrawal and the deadline for sending the products back.

2. Send the products back

From the date you submit your withdrawal statement, you have 14 days to send the returned products back to us.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the return shipment no later than the last day of this 14-day period.

Please help us identify your return

Please include a short note inside the parcel so that we can match it to the correct order. The note may contain:

• your order number, or
• the name and surname of the person who placed the order.

You do not need to include the original receipt if we can identify the order from the information provided.

Condition of returned products

You may inspect and try on the product in the same way as you would in a physical store.

Please handle the product with care. You may be responsible for any reduction in its value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

In particular, please avoid stains, stretching, damage, perfume or other strong odours, and other signs indicating that the product has been worn rather than simply tried on.

Refund

We will refund the amount due using the applicable payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or until you provide proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
